The CLIENT understands that the information shared IS NOT ADVICE, PSYCHOTHERAPY OR COUNSELING, THAT THE COACH/FACILITATOR HAS NOT REPRESENTED HIMSELF AS A PSYCHOTHERAPIST OR COUNSELOR.

THE CLIENT ENTERS INTO THIS GROUP WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING AND DELIVERING THEIR OWN RESULTS, THAT NO GUARANTEE FOR RESULTS HAVE BEEN PROMISED TO THE CLIENT BY THE COACH/FACILITATOR.

The CLIENT(s) agrees to the following: 

The monthly fees are collected for monthly access to the materials, some of which can be downloaded for personal use.

Due to the nature of the information provided you cannot receive a refund for the fees paid regardless of whether you attend the group or not. All funds will be deemed earned upon receipt and activation and access to the program for the CLIENT. All funds will be deemed earned as soon as they are received.

The CLIENT’s payment and acceptance of these terms to acknowledge these terms on this agreement indicates compliance with the above requests and understanding of the services provided.

The CLIENT can cancel their membership at any time, but will not receive a refund for payments made.

CLIENT is in full agreement with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
