Elevitality Retreat - Terms and Conditions Agreement

Due to the exclusive and intimate nature of the Elevitality Retreat, which is limited to 8 participants, this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it guarantees your place in this highly sought-after, transformative experience fromJanuary 15-19, 2025. By placing your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

The total cost for the Elevitality Intimate Retreat is $5,999 per person. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by November 30th, 2024, which is 4 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

Please ensure that you have the necessary funds available and make your payment on time to guarantee your participation in this exclusive, life-changing retreat.

By booking your place in the Elevitality Intimate Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these payment terms, including the total cost of $5,999 and the requirement to pay the balance in full by January 11, 2025.

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Elevitality Retreat scheduled forJanuary 15-19, 2025 ("Retreat"). By making a payment of $5,999, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1. Retreat Inclusions

Upon payment of $5,999, you will receive the following as part of your retreat package:

• Admission to the Elevitality Retreat from January 15-19, 2025.
• This retreat package includes all accommodations, meals, beverages, activities, and transportation during the retreat. Once you arrive at the resort, all transportation to and from retreat activities will be provided. Please note that flights and transfers to and from the resort are not included and must be arranged separately.
• Three (3) Weekly Post-Treatment Group Calls with Elevitality
• Priority Access to Future Elevitality Retreats

2. Non-Refundable Payment

Please be aware that the payment of $5,999 for this Retreat is non-refundable. You are reserving a spot in an event with limited attendance, and your payment secures your place.

3. Seat Transfer

You have the option to transfer your reserved seat to another individual if you are unable to attend the Retreat. However, it is important to note that the person seeking the transfer must successfully pass an interview process conducted by Elevitality to be accepted as a participant. The decision to accept or reject the transfer is at the sole discretion of Elevitality.

4. Change of Location

The location of the Retreat may change without notice at the discretion of the event holder. Elevitality reserves the right to make such changes in the best interests of the participants.

5. Release of Liability

By participating in the Elevitality Retreat, you acknowledge and understand that Elevitality does not make any promises or guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from the Retreat. The experience and benefits derived from the Retreat are subjective and may vary from person to person.

6. Acceptance of Risk

Participation in the Elevitality Retreat involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical, emotional, and psychological experiences. You voluntarily assume these risks and hereby release Elevitality from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the Retreat.

7. Agreement to Abide by Retreat Guidelines

You agree to abide by all guidelines and instructions provided by Elevitality and its facilitators during the Retreat. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in your removal from the Retreat without a refund.

8. Privacy

Elevitality may collect personal information from you during the registration process and the Retreat. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Elevitality regarding your participation in the Retreat, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By making the payment of $5,999 for the Elevitality Retreat, you affirm that you have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and agree to be bound by them.
