Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in Circle of The One: Volume III – The Self-Image Activation Journey (the “Program”), produced and facilitated by Elevitality (“Elevitality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting payment and affirming your acceptance of these terms, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding agreement.

1. Program Description

Participation in this Program includes access to a guided transformational journey focused on self-image development, mindset study, and creative self-expression. As a result of your participation, you will have the opportunity to publish your personal transformation story and Oracle/Avatar identity as one of 33 featured authors in Circle of the One: Volume III, a high-quality, internationally distributed book. This Program is structured as a guidance-based experience, not individual coaching, psychological therapy, or medical advice.

 

2. Limited Entry Program

Enrollment is limited to 33 participants. Each accepted participant is reserving one of a fixed number of available spaces. Your payment secures your exclusive spot within this volume. Due to the limited nature of the Program, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

3. Payment Terms

You may choose one of the following options: Option 1: Pay in Full – $3,330 USD. Option 2: Payment Plan – $777 USD deposit followed by six (6) monthly payments of $499 USD, totaling $3,771 USD. Your chapter will only be published once your full payment has been received. Failure to complete your payment plan may result in removal or reassignment of your story to a future volume.

 

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you acknowledge that this is a curated, limited-capacity experience. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including change of mind, non-participation, or scheduling conflicts.

 

5. Ownership of Your Story

You retain full intellectual property rights and copyright to your submitted story. You may republish or reuse your story at your discretion. By submitting your chapter, you grant Elevitality a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and promote your story and associated materials within Circle of the One: Volume III and related promotions. No royalties will be paid from book or card deck sales. Authors instead receive access to special author pricing for purchasing personal copies.

 

6. Editorial Rights

Elevitality reserves the right to proofread and edit submitted chapters for clarity, grammar, consistency, and formatting. All efforts will be made to preserve the voice and intent of your story. You will have a chance to approve the final version prior to publication.

 

7. Participation Commitment

You agree to submit your story and materials by the required deadlines and to participate in biweekly group calls and related exercises. Failure to meet deadlines may delay or forfeit your inclusion.

 

8. Not Psychological or Medical Advice

This Program does not provide psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice. All content is for personal growth and spiritual insight only. Participation does not constitute a professional client relationship. If you need mental health or medical support, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate licensed care.

 

9. Personal Responsibility and Results Disclaimer

By enrolling, you affirm that you are responsible for your own results, choices, and participation. No specific results, transformations, or achievements are promised or guaranteed. All teachings are provided as guidance — it is up to you to implement what resonates. Your experience and outcome will depend on your personal effort, openness, and commitment. Elevitality is not liable for individual interpretations, misapplications, or outcomes resulting from this Program.

 

10. Master Your Mind Membership

Your enrollment includes access to Master Your Mind, a weekday morning study and mindset integration program. Access continues until the publication of the book. This program is considered foundational to the self-image transformation process.

 

11. Event Access and Author Benefits

As a Program participant, you are entitled to: author pricing on Circle of the One: Volume III; author pricing on the Oracle card and guidebook set; early access to Elevitality retreats and live events; special offers on other Elevitality programs; and full rights to your story.

 

12. No Guarantee of Bestseller Status

While prior volumes have achieved bestseller status, Elevitality makes no guarantees regarding the sales performance or bestseller status of this volume.

 

13. Public Access and Confidentiality

Your story and identity (name and Oracle identity) will be publicly accessible once published. Please ensure you are comfortable with what you share in your chapter.

 

14. Legal Capacity

By enrolling, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

 

15. Modifications and Reassignments

Elevitality may reassign or delay chapter placement, if needed, to preserve the integrity of the project.

 

16. Promotional Use Rights and Perpetual License

By opting into this Program and submitting your story, you grant Elevitality a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license in perpetuity to use your story, name, Oracle identity, and any associated materials to promote Circle of the One and related Elevitality offerings, in any format (print, digital, video, social, etc.). This usage is strictly tied to project-related promotion. You retain all ownership of your content.

 

17. Avatar Image Rights and Usage

Any Oracle or Avatar image created for you as part of this project remains the intellectual property of Elevitality. You are granted a lifetime, non-exclusive license to use your avatar image for personal and professional purposes, including branding and promotion. You may not license, sell, or redistribute the image to third parties for commercial use.

 

18. Trademark Notice

Circle of the One is a trademark of Elevitality, a California corporation. All names, logos, and branding materials are the property of Elevitality and may not be used outside the scope of this project without express written consent.

 

19. Agreement
